Scott Amron created what he calls
Die Electric which is an insulating material that doesn't conduct electricity. Die electric makes the use of Ac power plugs and sockets and creates a lesser flow of electricity. Some of his ideas include the cork plug, hanging light switch, toothholder, a shelf and many more. Amrson says "The burning of fossil fuels to generate electricity contributes to global warming and poor air quality."
The Cork Plug
Hanging Light Switch- When off it is a functional hanger and when turned on it is a fully functional light switch.
Toothholder- A power cord cut holds toothbrushes suspended over the bathroom sink area. It also holds a rinsing cup or anything else bathroom related.
The self- A cut power cord that forms a rigid shelf that provides a surface for objects. Such as cell phones, cups etc.
