I stumbled accross this post that I found very interesting parrtly because I love DIYs and becaiuse I love rings, but dont like spending the money on them. The post tells how you can create a ring out of a quarter made from 1964 or earlier. Any coin made later isnt made of silver and will leave a ring around your fingre. To make the quarter into a ring you have to hammer it until it is smooth around the edges then drill through the middle of the coin until it fits your finger. Pretty Cool!
